A quieter, more complete place to write a book.
BIMA stands for Book Ideas, Management & Assistance. It began with a simple observation: writing a book is not one task but a hundred — capturing ideas, planning structure, tracking characters and timelines, drafting, revising, sharing with readers and formatting the result — and most authors stitch those tasks together across half a dozen apps.
We built one workspace that holds the whole life of a book, designed with the care of a well-set page. Our mission is to help more writers finish the books they start, and to make the finished manuscript better — without ever taking the book out of the author's hands.
What we believe, and build around.
The author owns the work.
Every word, note and file you put into BIMA is yours. We host it so you can write; we never claim rights over it, and you can export everything in open formats or delete it whenever you choose.
Private by default.
Manuscripts are not public, not indexed and not used to train AI models. Files sit in a private bucket and are delivered by short-lived signed links. Sharing only happens when you create a link or invite someone.
Craft first, software second.
The tools follow how books are really made: ideas, beats, a story bible, drafts, revisions, readers, and a manuscript formatted for wherever it has to go. The interface stays quiet so the page can be loud.
Assistance, not replacement.
The assistant is there to answer questions about your own book, catch continuity slips, and offer options when you are stuck. It works in your voice, from your material, and only when asked.
Finishing matters.
Goals, streaks, chapter status and pre-flight checks exist for one reason: to help more books reach the last page.
Built in Malaysia, for authors everywhere.
